هذا هو الكتاب الثالث يتوجه للدارسين، ولمن يريدون الاستزادة في العلم، فكان كتاب البيان، أولاً، وقد خصص لطلاب الثانوية العامة، وكان الكتاب الثاني (معاني الحروف في اللغة العربية مخارجها وأصواتها)، ثم جاء هذا الكتاب وهو الموسوعة في النحو والصرف والبلاغة والعروض.
وقد جاء هذا الكتاب مبسطاً ميسراً شاملاً، حيث اشتمل على كتاب النحو، وقد تضمن أقسام الكلام والمغرب والمبني وعلامات الأعراب ثم انتقل بعد ذلك إلى المرفوعات والمنصوبات وإلى الجملة الفعلية وبعض الأساليب في اللغة العربية، بعدها انتقل إلى كتاب الصرف والذي اشتمل على الميزان الصرفي والصحيح والمعتل والمجرد والمزيد واسناد الأفعال، ومنه إلى المصادر بأنواعها وإلى التفضيل ثم إلى جمع التكسير والتصغير فالنسب والإبدال والإعلال والإدغام ثم انتقل إلى كتاب البلاغة العربية حيث قدكت فيه لمحة تاريخية عن علم البيان والمعاني والبديع، والدروس التي يتضمنها كل فرع من فروع البلاغة العربية، ثم انتقل إلى كتاب العروض، فبين مفتاح كل بحر والتفعيلات الرئيسة والفرغية، ووضعت في نهاية كل بحر تدريباً محلولاً، وتدريباً للدارس يقوم بحله ويتدرب عليه، وقد جاءت هذه التدريبات متنوعة على البحر الواحد في وزنه وتفعيلاته الرئيسة وتفعيلاته الفرعية. هذا وقد ألحق آخر الكتاب ما وجد فيه فائدة للدارس، كإعراب بعض المفردات والجمل، كما ذيل كتاب العروض بالتعريفات اللازمة لدارس مادة العروض.
