هذه بحوث قرآنية بلاغية، ينهض بها هذا الكتاب، الذى سميته: "روافد من نهر الإعجاز البلاغى للقرآن الكريم" وقد آثرت هذه التسمية، لأن الإعجاز البلاغى غاية لها وسائل... هذه الوسائل مجتمعة يتحقق بها الإعجاز البلاغى للقرآن الكريم.
وقد تألف هذا الكتاب من أربعة بحوث، يعد كل بحث منها رافدا من روافد نهر الإعجاز البلاغى للقرآن الكريم، إذ ينهض البحث الأول بتتبع كلمة "الرأس" في آيات الذكر الحكيم، فقد جاء بعنوان: "استعمالات كلمة "الرأس" فى القرآن الكريم".
وجاء البحث الثاني بعنوان: "حول الفتيل والنقير والقطمير في آيات الذكر الحكيم".. ثلاث كلمات تخرج من مشكاة واحدة وهي النواة، وجاء البحث الثالث بعنوان: "السنة وأخواتها في القرآن الكريم" فالسنة لها ثلاث أخوات: "الحجة والحول والعام" حيث تطلق كل كلمة من هذه الكلمات على معنى واحد هو: "أثنى عشر شهراً".. هذا المعنى يجمعها، وهي به أخوات، ولكن كل كلمة من الكلمات الأربع تستقل بمعنى خاص، تنفرد به، ولا يوجد في أخواتها، وترجع هذه المعاني الخاصة إلى اشتقاقات كل كلمة، وأخيراً جاء البحث الرابع بعنوان: "تصوير القرآن الكريم لمصارع عاد قوم هود" فتتبع قصة "عاد قوم هود" وأبرز عناد القوم، ورفضهم الهداية، وتماديهم في الضلالة والغواية، مستكبرين متعالين قائلين: (من أشد منا قوة).. فكان جزاؤهم أن أخذهم الله أخذ عزيز مقتدر.
