نهاد شريف (1932 - 4 يناير 2011)، روائي مصري. ولد في حي محرم بك بالأسكندرية، تخرج في كلية الآداب قسم التاريخ بدأ نشاطه الأدبي بنشر روايته قاهر الزمن والتي فازت بالجائزة الأولى في نادي القصة والتي حولت فيلما قاهر الزمن (فيلم) من بطولة نور الشريف و آثار الحكيم و جميل راتب و حسين الشربيني. عمل محرراً علميًّا بمجلة "آخر ساعة" المصرية عامي 1995- 1996 ثم موجهاً ثقافيًّا فمديراً للثقافة والإرشاد بمشروع مديرية التحرير، حصل على العديد من الجوائز في القصة والرواية لمجهوده في أدب الخيال العلمي
