في مجال توظيف الأموال والقوانين التى تحكم نشاطات هذه الشركات والتصدى لجرائمها بالعقوبات المناسبة.. يأتى هذا الكتاب ليقوم بدراسة هذه القضية في ضوء القوانين المصرية رقم 146 لسنة 1988، وقد جاء الكتاب في اربعة فصول تناول الأول منها جرمية تلقى الأموال من الجمهور وقد فصلة إلى الركن المفترض والركن المادى والمعنوى والعقوبة. أما الفصل الثانى فجاء في جرمة توجية دعوة للجمهور بأية وسيلة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة للإكتتاب العام أو جمع الأموال لتوظيفها أو استثمارها، الفصل الثالث في جريمة الإمتناع عن رد المبالغ المستحقة لأصحابها. وأخيراً جاء الفصل الرابع في أسباب البراءة والإدانة في هذه الجرائم وأحكام محكمة النقض.
