حول الشيك في قانون التجارة الجديد جاء هذا الكتاب بفصولة الأربعة.. ليبين فيها طبيعة الشيك وتعريفه والسبب وراء تجريم إصدار الشيكات بدون رصيد. لايقف المؤلف عند هذه النقطة وغنما يتناول هذا التجريم منذ الإصدار ثم القصد الجنائى إلى كيفية إثبات تاريخ الشيك.. هذا عن الفصل الأول أما الثانى فتتناول أنواع الشيك في القانون الجديد وقد قسموا إلى أربعة أنواع العادي والمسطر والمعتمد والشيكات الحكومية. والفصل الثالث جاء يبين شروط الشيك من حيث الشكل القانون وأوجه الشبه والاختلاف بينه وبين الكمبيالة والرضاء والأهلية وغير ذلك من الشروط. أما عن العقوبات المقررة لجرائم الشيك الجديد فقد تناولها الفصل الرابع بالتفصيل. ليختتم المؤلف كتاب ببعض التساؤلات حول مواد الشيك في قانون التجارة وبعض الكتب الدورية للنائب العام في شأن الشيك.
