تدور ثيمات "ذقتها" المجموعة الشعرية الجديدة للشاعرة لطيفة قاري بين سلطة الذاكرة والمتخيل الشعري، إنها تنقلنا إلى محطات شعرية تتصل ببعضها بنسق لغوي مغاير، تستثمر الشاعرة بوساطته خواصاً لمخيلتها وسلطة الذاكرة في آن واحد. إن نصوص الشاعرة قاري تفصح عن مناخ ممتلىء بضجة الحياة ومتاهاتها وآفاق قلقها الوجودي تجاه الذات / الأنا وتجاه الآخر / الكائنات والأشياء والعالم وتكتسب من خلالها محتوى ومعاني تتضايق داخل أكثر من بنية واحدة للنص، حيث استطاعت الشاعرة تحريك وظيفة اللغة عبر درجات انزياحها بتأسيس العلاقة الجدلية بين الروح البشرية والطبيعة وبواطن الأشياء. وبهذا تعددت المعاني في بنية الخطاب الشعري للنص. تقول الشاعرة: "يا إلهي / ليغسلني البحرُ في ملحه / أو ليجعلني زبداً / ما الرحيقُ / إذا انفضتِ الروح عنه / وخبأت العسلَ المشتهى / في تلافيفِ وسمٍ تلاشت تباشيرهُ / في رياح السموم / ومن تعبٍ / قد تضجُ الغيوم ...". عبر هذه اللغة الواضحة تعبر الشاعرة عن حال الأنا بجملة من الانثيالات الناكراتية التي تجهد في تركيب صور شعرية تتوازى مع بعضها أحياناً وتتصادم في ثيماتها ومعانيها في أحايين أخرى وهو ما نتلمسه كلما توغلنا في قراءة هذه القصيدة الطويلة "ذقتها" والتي تمتد على طول صفحات الكتاب.
