فإن التمذهب بمذهب ما أمر لا بد منه، بل هو ضربة لازب ولا مفر منه، ومن ادعى أنه لا حاجة للاستمساك بالمذاهب أياً كانت من المذاهب المشهورة المعتمدة، فإن واقع حاله يكذبه وينافيه ويناقضه، إذ مهما تناول المسائل من أي جهة كانت فلن يخرج عن تأصيل مذهب وتفريعه، وهذا إن كان له أهلية تمكنه من الاطلاع على الأصول والفروع.. وذلك لأنه سيعرف أنه لا يمكن لأحد أن يأتي باجتهاد مطلق دون انتساب لإمام من الأئمة المعروفين المشهورين. وهو لن يخرج في اجتهاده عنهم إلا إن ترك الإسلام.. وهذا أمر آخر.. ولسنا نقصده ولا يريده أحد.. أو نناقش جدالاً ونضيع وقتاً!! فهذا كتاب التمذهب ليس كما تظنون قد حوى كل مسألة حول الاجتهاد والتقليد كما أن مؤلفه قد استوعب جميع ما قاله علماء المذاهب الأربعة رحمهم الله مما لا يسع كل عالم وطالب علم جهله كيف لا ومؤلفه هو ولدي الشاب العلامة الفاضل الشيخ عبد الفتاح بن صالح قديش نفع الله بعلومه وزاد في الشباب الصالحين من أمثاله وهو لعمر الحق من أحسن ما أخرج للناس حول التقليد وجوازه لمن لا يستطيع أن يجتهد ممن لا يقدر على استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من أدلتها التفصيلية.
