Book Description
حفظت المصنفات الإسلامية في الجرح والتعديل والأسانيد والمتون لهذه الأمة دينها وعقيدتها وسنتها مصونة بعيداً عن الدس والتزوير رغم تباعد الأيام وتغيرها وتواليها. ويتناول هذا الكتاب مصنفين في الجرح والتعديل يعدان ثروة علمية فذة في بيان ضعفاء الرجال في الحديث النبوي؛ حيث قام مؤلفاهما بجمعهم وحصرهم وترتيبهم على حروف المعجم متعرضين لأسماء كثيرة لم يتناولها السابقون؛ فقد حفظ لنا العقيلي كلام أئمة النقد في الرواة الضعفاء مع ذكر شيء مما رواه للتدليل على ضعفه، فإذا لم يكن في الراوي كلام لأحد الأئمة، تناوله المصنف ببيان حاله. ويأتي الكامل في ضعفاء الرجال لابن عدي أكمل كتب الجرح والتعديل وعليه اعتماد الأئمة، قال عنه السبكي: طابق اسمه معناه، ووافق لفظه فحواه، بصحته حكم المحكمون، وإلى ما يقول رضي المتقدمون والمتأخرون. ولما سئل الدارقطني أن يصنف كتاباً في الضعفاء وجه السائل إلى ضعفاء ابن عدي قائلاً: فيه كفاية لا يزاد عليه. وعن ابن عدي قال الذهبي: وأما في العلل والرجال فحافظ لا يجارى.
ولذلك جاء هذا الكتاب لدراسة منهج الإمامين- العقيلي وابن عدي- ومعرفة مصطلحاتهما، وأنواع الضعف عندهما، ووسائل كل منهما في الحكم والترجيح؛ فقد اعتمد عليهما المتأخرون في معرفتهم بكثير من الرجال أو على أحدهما؛ خاصة الرجال الذين لم يتكلم فيهم أحد ممن سبقهما.
