كما تكمن الأهمية في أن ظاهرة الحكومات الإئتلافية قد بدأت بالإنتشار ليس فقط بالعراق، بل في أغلب دول العالم مثل لبنان وإيطاليا... لأسباب منها الرغبة في إشراك الأحزاب الصغيرة وتمثيل جميع المكونات من أجل الوصول إلى قرارات سياسية رشيدة بعيدة عن الإحتكار والتسلط أو الفردية.
