قبل أن تكره الطعام ، تقرر أن اللقمة التالية ستكون الأخيرة وتتوقف . كانت تظن أن الجوع أجمل من الشبع . فبعد الشبع قرف ، أما الجوع فكله رغبات واحتمالات وشوق وحثّ على البحث والغرق . لكن تلك الفترة المليئة بالأرق ليلاً والنوم نهاراً كانت أيامها لا جوع فيها ولا شبع ، لا شيء ، منطقة خارج الإرسال . فترة مختلفة تماماً عن سابقاتها ، لكنها كل ما تتذكره . فترة أصبحت تتمنى فيها صفح كل المتوهمين والمتوهمات ، وتقرف من صور الأطفال الملصقة على مكاتب زملائها المجاورة ، تكره الشمس وكل ما يدب تحت أشعتها ، وتلعن النحل وقدرته على الإستمرار . فترةٌ ترمي فيها بحقدها على المنجزين والإنجازات ، وعلى كل الإبتسامات والتمنيات السعيدة . تسأل نفسها لماذا ومتى تغيّر شكل العلاقات ، وماذا كانت تفعل حينها ؟ ولمَ أصبحت أكثر الأمنيات بساطة أكثرها استحالة ؟ تبصق في المرآة على شبح وتشهق باكية كطفلة في أول يوم دراسي لها ، بعيدة عن أمها ، متروكة في عالم لا تفهمه وليست مستعدة له . تسأل نفسها ماذا حلّ بتلك الأحلام والأمنيات ؟ وأيّ مادة لم تدرسها جيداً حتى أصبحت في عالم لا تعرف حل مسائله ؟
