قلت: ما الشعر في عصر اللاشعر؟ أن يعيد الحب والجمال إلى أرض صارت رديفاً للنكبات. حبك يا حبيبتي رمانة زرقاء - كسرتها وكل حبة سماء - مجموعات هي سيرة ومسيرة محمد عمران كرسها لثلاث عشرة مجموعة شعرية تعيد إلى شعب بوان, جماله سحر المتنبي. محمد عمران واحد من جيل شعراء وكتاب ومسرحيين عاشوا نكبة 1967( رقص داخلي على إيقاع الدم) يقول في مجموعة أرادها ( مرفأ لذاكرة جديدة ). مطر القمح والعنب - مطر الذاكرة. ويعود إلى الملاجة يسائلها, يحزن لحزنها, ويفرح لفرحها, عسى أن تعيد إليه الحب في ( مديح من أهوى ). وكان من أهم ما تناوله هذا الجزء: كتاب الملاجة, والذي يحتوي على ما يلي: إلى أمي, هيلين, احتفالات, أوراق على أشجار الحب, الأنقاض, الرؤيا, الرماد. أما قصيدة الطين فهي تضم: الأزرق والأحمر, الظلال, بنغازي.
ولد محمد عمران عام 1934, في قرية من ريف الساحل السوري تدعى الملاجة, وقد عاش بوعي حاد وحساسية عالية الرهافة, كما لعب دوراً هاماً في حركة الثقافة العربية إجمالاً, عمل رئيس تحرير لمجلة المعرفة التي تصدر عن وزارة الثقافة ومجلة الموقف الأدبي التي يصدرها اتحاد الكتاب العرب بدمشق.
