يتناول موضوعات السلم والاستصناع والوكالة، ولأن الشريعة الإسلامية مبنية على تحقيق المصالح للعباد ورفع الحرج عنهم، فقد شرع السلم الذى جاء ليتحقق المصلحة، فوظيفة السلم الحصول على مال عاجل فى مقابل شئ آجل، ووضح الكتاب أحكام وأركان وشروط عقد السلم، كما تعرض للمشاكل العملية التى يتضمنها ذلك العقد، وكيفية استفادة المصارف الإسلامية منه فى التمويل، ومما لا شك فيه أن للصناعة دوراً حيوياً فى تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية للبلدان، والقضاء على مشكلاتها، ومن هنا تبرز أهمية السلع الصناعية. وبالتالى أهمية عند عقد الإستصناع بإعتباره إحدى الصيغ التى يتعامل بها فى السلع الصناعية، فيعرض الكتاب حكم ومشروعية وأركان عقد الإستصناع، والدور الإقتصادى لبيع الإستصناع، وإستخدام البنك له، وشرع الإسلام الوكالة للحاجة إليها، فليس كل إنسان قادراً على مباشرة أموره بنفسه ومن ثم يحتاج إلى توكيل غيره ليقوم بها نيابة عنه، لذا شرعت صيغة الوكالة، ولهذا جاء الكتاب ليبين أحكاماً عامة عن الوكالة مثل: أحكام الوكالة فى البيوع، والضمان فى الوكالة، والوكالة فى تحصيل الدين والخدمات المصرفية، والتطبيق المصرفى المعاصر لها.
وتختتم كل من هذه الصيغ - السلم، والإستصناع، والوكالة - بنماذج تطبيقية لها كما تجربها المصارف الإسلامية وكيفية الإستفادة منها فى تقديم الأنشطة والتمويل والاستثمار المصرفى فى الحديث بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العصر.
