كيف يمكن أن تقرأ الحلم -المستقبل بعيون الشك السلبي والحذر المشروع وسوء المثل؟
ثم كيف يمكن أن ننطلق من العام لتشخيص حالات الإنسداد العيانية والخاصة، وتحتفظ بحصتنا الضرورية في الأمل دون الوقوع في الأحكام المسبقة ومنظومات التفكير الإيديولوجية المغلقة؟ هل هناك بالفعل قواعد عامة في الحياة البشرية تشبه القوانين الطبيعية ولو بشكل نسبي ليكن بوسعنا الحديث عن ضرورة السير نحو الديمقراطية باعتبارها النظام الأقل سواءاً كما قال تشرشل يوماً، وعن ضرورة تعبير الطريق لهذه الديمقراطية عبر وسائل المقاومة المدنية المختلفة اليت تجعل من وسائل المشاركة المجتمعية الفاعلة وسائل لجم لتعسف السلطة والتوازن بين المجتمع والدولة. وهل هناك عنصر يجمع غنى العمل والخيري الذي يربط في وجوده الذاتي نفسه بين الحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية من جهة، والقدرة على الفعل المدني المستقل من جهة ثانية وأخيراً التدريب اليومي على أهم الحقوق المدنية؟
