في سبتمبر عام 1821 أقيم احتفال حاشد بتأسيس "أورشليم المستقبل" نواة مملكة إسرائيل الجديدة، وأصدر ملك بني إسرائيل المزعوم نداءات إلى شعبه وقعها باسم: مردخاي مانويل نوح، من رعايا الولايات المتحدة، وقنصلها السابق في تونس، والعمدة الفخري لنيويورك، والمستشار القانونين وحاكم إسرائيل إن شاء الله.
دعا مردخاي أيضًا يهود العالم وأحبارهم إلى طاعته، وفرض ضريبة إجبارية على كل يهودي قدرها دولار في العام من أجل بناء المملكة، وترسيخ اقتصادها. لكن ملك اليهود سرعان ما مات كمدًا بعدما سارعت الولايات المتحدة بضم الجزيرة إلى أراضيها، وقاومت رغبته في تأسيس مملكة يهودية على أراضي أمريكية، وأشيع وقتها أن ملك اليهود الذي لم يتوج، اتهم بالتحرش الجنسي بالأطفال، بل وأثيرت من حوله الشكوك في جريمة اغتصاب وقتل طفلة يهودية في السابعة من عمرها.
ويفشل مشروع مردخاي مانويل استيقظ حلم مملكة إسرائيل في عقول اليهود، حيث اتجهت الآراء إلى إمكانية تحقيقه في أوغندا أو تركيا، وربما فلسطين، وهو ما يشير إلى مبدأ جمع يهود العالم فوق مساحة ما من الأرض، وعلى أي قارة، دون الالتفات إلى موقع بعينه، بما ينفي مزاعم وأساطير أرض الميعاد التي روجوا لها في فترة متأخرة، لإضفاء الصبغة الشرعية على عملياتهم الإرهابية فوق أرض فلسطين تمهيدًا لابتلاعها.
واستكمالًا لجزأي الكتاب السابقين، عن عمليات الخطف، والاغتيالات، كان الجزء الثالث المعني بالعمليات التي ساعدت إلى حد كبير، على فضح ممارسات إسرائيل وإرهاب الدولة، متضمنًا بعض تلك العمليات التي روجت لأسطورة الاستخبارات الإسرائيلية وجرأة رجالها، واعتمدت عليها تل أبيب كثيرًا فيما بعد، في إقناع أجهزة الاستخبارات العالمية بعبقريتها في التخطيط والأداء، إلى آخر مسميات الألفاظ التي تقود في النهاية إلى معنى الإرهاب وانتقاء الأخلاق عند قوم بلا أخلاق، لولا إنجلترا وأمريكا ما قامت لهم دولة، وما جرؤ خنزير منهم على النظر في وجه عربي…!
