رسالتى "العنف ضد المرأة، والطرق المقررة لمواجهته في الشريعة الإسلامية".
وقد اخترت رسالتى في الشريعة الإسلامية لإيمانى أن هذه الشريعة أبدية خالدة أرسلها الله تعالى رحمة للعالمين ليخرجهم من الظلمات إلي النور بإذنه وهو الخبير بما ينفعهم وما يضرهم.
فهذه الشريعة لا تدانيها شريعة ولا يصل إلي سموها أى قانون، وقد لقيت من العلماء والفقهاء والباحثين السابقين والمحدثين من العناية ما لم تلقه أى شريعة أخرى.
اختيارى موضوع "العنف ضد المرأة والطرق المقررة لمواجهته في الشريعة الإسلامية" فمرده اتهام الإسلام بأنه متحيز ضد النساء، ومسقط لحقوق المرأة، ويدعو إلي العنف ضدها وذلك للجهل شبه التام بدور المرأة في الإسلام وفي تاريخه.
فالإسلام قد سوى بين الرجل والمرأة في كافة الحقوق والواجبات، وإن كانت هناك بعض الفروق فذلك احتراماً لأصل الفطرة التي خلق الله الناس عليها وما يبنى عليها من تفاوت في الوظائف الإنسانية، والأساس قول الله عز وجل: "فاستجاب لهم ربهم أني لا أضيع عمل عامل منكم من ذكر او أنثى بعضكم من بعض".
وقد تناولت هذا البحث في مقدمة "الباب التمهيدى" وقسمين. وأهم موضوعات المقدمة "الباب التمهيدى" وهى لمحة عامة عن مفهوم العنف ألممت بها في عجالة ودوافعه وآثاره، ومفهوم العنف ضد المرأة وآثاره علي المرأة والطفل والمجتمع.
وقد خصصت القسم الأول للعنف الذى يمارس ضد المرأة في المحيط الأسري. وتكلمت فيه عن ختان الإناث وجرائم الإيذاء البدنى ضد المرأة من تجاوز حق التأديب إلي الإجهاض وهجر العائلة المادى والمعنوى.
أما القسم الثانى فقد عرضت فيه صوراً من العنف الإجتماعى ضد المرأة، وقد قسمت هذا القسم إلي جرائم حدية وجرائم غير حدية.
فتناولت تحت الجرائم الحدية جريمة الاغتصاب، والإيذاء البدنى (من جرائم القصاص)، والسب والقذف، والجرائم غير الحدية، فتناولت فيها الأفعال الماسة بالعرض والتي لا تصل إلي حد الزنى مثل هتك العرض والاتجار بالمرأة (البغاء القسرى).
ثم أفردت باباً مستقلاً عرضت فيه الحلول الشرعية لحماية المرأة من جرائم العنف في عرض موجز لحماية الشريعة الإسلامية للمرأة في ضوء الكتاب والسنة، وكذلك الحلول التي أقرتها لحماية المرأة من العنف.
