حيث تتنوع أعمال المحاماة إلى استشارات قانونية ومذكرات الدفاع سواء فى المواد التجارية والمدنية أو فى المواد الجزائية ومواد الأموال الشخصية وغيرها الكثير ... ويتضمن هذا المؤلف نماذج متنوعة فى أعمال المحاماة كصياغة العقود ومذكرات التفاهم، وإعداد الدراسات القانونية فى بعض المسائل، وصياغة مشروعات بعض القوانين فى بعض الأموال...هدف المؤلف فى هذا الكتاب إفادة زملاء المهنة فى مستشاريين ومحامين وكل فى له صلة بالعمل فى مجال تطبيق القانون.
وما يميز هذا الكتاب أن النماذج المدرجة فيه ليست أطروحات نظرية، بل هى عبارة عن تطبيقات عملية قام بها المؤلف وفى خلال قضايا واقعية عرضت عليه وبحث فى المسائل التى تثيرها وتتعلق بها، وفروداً كل نموذج منها بالأسانيد القانونية والفقهية والقضائية التى كانت الأساس فى كل قضية.
كل ذلك جعل هذا المؤلف عبارة عن ثلاثة كتب فى كتاب واحد حيث يقسم على الشكل التالى: الكتاب الأول: خصص لنماذج فى الاستشارات القانونية والشكاوى والتظلمات سواء فى المواد التجارية أو الإدارية وغيرها. الكتاب الثانى: تضمن مذكرات الدفاع فى القضايا التجارية والمدنية والدستورية وكذلك صحف الدعاوى والطعون المتعلقة بهذه القضايا. أما الكتاب الثالث والأخير فقد اقتصر على مذكرات الدفاع فى القضايا الجزائية وتأسيس طلب براءة المتهم فى التهمة المنسوبة إليه.
