هناك منازل متحفّظة ، حذِرة ، مغلقةٌ شبابيكها دائمًا . وأخرى جريئة ، سافرة ، بشبابيك مشرّعة . ومنازل مضطربة ، توشك شبابيكها المخلوعة جزئيًا على الانهيار . الشبابيك ؛ هي من تعطينا تصريحًا للعبور إلى كل الحقائق المغيّبة عن الرؤية . ونحن بأجسادنا منازل مأهولة بالأشخاص ، بالإحساس .. بالضمائر والأخلاق .. بالأفكار .. بالخفايا والأسرار .. أعيننا هي شبابيكنا .. منّا من تفضحه عيناه الصريحتان بنظرات لا تكف عن الثرثرة . ومنّا من تحبسه عيناه المتحفظتان في معتقل الغموض . ومنّا من تهالكت عيناه مع مرور الأيام أو ربما مرارة الأيام ، ومن تلك الشقوق والفُرجات صار بالإمكان التلصص على ما يدور بالداخل .
