لقد تقدَّمَت تكنولوجيا صناعة المياه لغرض تقديم أفضل الحلول إلى الإنسان وتُعد صناعة المياه الممغنطة من أنجح الحُلُول في الزراعة والبيئة والصحة حيث يُعَد الإهتمام بالموارد المائية أمراً حيوياً لتغطية وتأمين متطلبات الإستخدامات المدنيَّة والزراعيَّة والصناعيَّة.
ولقد عقدت جامعة الموصِل (العراق) أول ندوة علميَّة على صعيد الوطن العربي عن (إستخدام الماء الممغنط) في 2009/10/17م في رحاب كليَّة الزراعة والغابات، وقد تشرَّفت الندوة بكلمة قيّمة للأستاذ الدكتور أبي سعيد الديوجي رئيس جامعة الموصل، كما شرف الندوة الأستاذ الدكتور ناهل محمد علي سُليمان عميد كُليَّة الزراعة والغابات بكلمة أيضاً كان لها صدى طيب في الحضور، كما تشرفت الندوة بحضور مجلس جامعة المُوْصل وأساتذة مُهْتَمِّين بهذا العلم ووسائل إعلام مختلفة وعديدة، وقد كان لي الفرصة أك أكون رئيس اللجنة التحضيرية للندوة، وكان من توصياتها إصدار كتاب عن الماء المُمَغْنَط لعدم وُجُود مَصدَر باللغة العربية أو بقيَّة اللغات يتحدث منفرداً عن هذا الموضوع، لذا أجد أن كُل من ساهم في ندوة الماء المُمَغْنط هُو مُعَد لهذا الكتاب.
يتضمن الكتاب سبعة فُصُوْل هي: التَّعريف بالماء، المْغناطيسية، ماء زمزم، خواص الماء المُمَغْنَط، الماء المُمَغْنَط في الزِّراعة، المُاء المُمَغْنط والصِّحة العامَّة، الماء المُمغنط ونواحي الحياة الأخرى، كما اشتمل الكتاب على مْلَحْقين هُمَا، المُاء في القِرَان، أطروحات ورسائل وأبحاث جامعيّة عن إستخدام الماء المُمَغْنَط.
