Qu ‘il ait également la possibilité d’assurer un futur à ses jeunes, une égalité des conditions à ses femmes, qu’il puisse maintenir son ouverture séculaire vers l’extérieur qui a toujours conduit à sa prospérité, qu’il permette à ses citoyens de s’exprimer toujours avec la liberté et le respect qui leur est du, qu’il puisse continuer à servir d’exemple de rayonnement culturel dans toute la region".
