إزاء الأهمية البالغة التى يمثلها تنفيذ الأحكام والأوامر التى تصدر من المحاكم الجنائية بمختلف درجاتها فقد سبق وأن أصدرنا الطبعة الأولى فى عام 2006 تحت عنوان الموسوعة العملية فى تنفيذ الأحكام والأوامر الجنائية وإشكالاته فكانت مرجعا سهل الأداء بالغ الوفاء عند البحث فى هذا المجال وإزاء التعديلات التى شهدها قانون الإجراءات الجنائية خلال السنتين الخيرتين فقد آثرنا أن نلقى بصيص من الضوء على هذه التعديلات لا سيما ما يتعلق منها بتنفيذ الأحكام والأوامر الجنائية وقد زدنا عليها موضوعات أخرى سبق وأن أغفلناها تتعلق بتنفيذ التدابير الجنائية وموضوعات أخرى حتى تكون بالغة الوفاء لكل باحث فى هذا المجال كما أضفنا ما هو جديد من طلبات تتعلق بالتنفيذ وأطلقنا عليها اسم موسوعة الفقه والقضاء فى التنفيذ الجنائى، وأننى أدين بالفضل في وضع هذا المؤلف إلى رواد الفقه الجنائى الذين حملوا المشاعل وأناروا لنا طريق البحث.
