لم يكن كتاب "الزواج الإسلامي " أوّل كتاب تطرَّق لموضوع العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة، وبالتأكيد لن يكون الأخير، لما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية اجتماعية منذ بداية الخليقة وحتى اليوم، وسيظل هذا الموضوع من مواضيع الصدارة إلى قيام الساعة، لكن ما يمتاز به كتابنا هو شمولية البحث والتطرّق إلى أدق التفاصيل، لا سيما أنَّه انطلق من منطلق إسلامي. وكلنا يعلم أن الإسلام حثَّ على الزواج ودعا لبناء الأسرة، ورسم لهذا البناء القواعد والأسس التي تكفل للأسرة هناءها واستمرارها.
وهذا الكتاب يبيّن أن العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة ليست آنية أو عابرة، بل هي علاقة تسمو فوق الشهوات وتُبنى على الاحترام المتبادل وتبيّن الحقوق والواجبات لكل منهما.
كما أن مبدأ العقاب والثواب ليس ببعيد، الثواب لمن سلك الطريق القويم، والعقاب لمن حاد عن جادة الصواب، لأن الله سبحانه قد مهَّد الطريق للحلال ورسم الخط القويم لذلك، فكيف تسوّل النفس بعدُ بالابتعاد عن جادة الصواب.
ولم ينته الأمر عند هذا الحدّ بل أظهر الكتابُ واجب الآباء نحو أبنائمهم وما لهؤلاء من حقوق عليهم، وحذَّر الأبناء من العقوق وذكَّرهم بما يترتب عليهم من حقوق (فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمآ أُفًّ) ولا سيما الأم، تلك المجاهدة كانت ولا زالت مثال العطاء والتضحية.
وإلى المزيد من المعرفة والوعي والعودة إلى إسلامنا الذي لم يدع مشكلة إلّا ورسم لها الحل الملائم وكان الرائد في ذلك.
