تحت عنوان (النجاح والتقدم هو في الفعل والجرأة والقوة) يقول الكاتب: "واعلموا أيها الرفاق أن أساس المصائب والحروب والأزمات بين البشر هو بسبب تباين تفسيرهم للأشياء، فلو توحدوا في تفسير جميع الأشياء، لانتفى الخلاف والصراع، بل لاستحال وجوده، فعلى ذلك أيها الجدد القادمون حاولوا قدر الإمكان أن تتقبلوا الآخرين ولتتسع عقولكم وعواطفكم للمخالفين، ولتعمموا التسامح فإنه أساس الحياة، والعبادة الحقة يا رفاق هي عيش الحياة باستقامة وتقدم وجدية ونجاح (...)"
