أما واضع الترجمة، فهو يحمل شهادة الدكتوراه في الفلسفة من الدولة الفرنسية وكذاك دبلوم الدراسات العليا الأوروبية ودبلوم الكفاءة في الأدب الفرنسي ودبلوم الدراسات الاجتماعية، وكان أستاذاً للغة العربية وآدابها في جامعة نانسي-فرنسا (1972-1975). وهو اليوم أستاذ للفلسفة في جامعة الرمح القدس (لبنان).
هذا الكتيب انما وجد لكي يضيف إلى المكتبة العربية، سفراً نفسياً ومرجعياً اكيداً للاساتذة الجامعين والمعلمين والمعلمات والطلاب والطالبات ولجميع اولئك الوجاهدين في سبيل تنشئة الشخصية الانسانية بجميع نواحيها لدى كل انسان عربي توصلا إلى تحقيق حياة فضلى ومجتمع افضل.
