اضطهاد مسلمي الدولة العثمانية أو المذبحة التركية (المجزرة - الأعمال الوحشية)، تشير هذه المسميات إلى عمليات الاضطهاد والمذابح والتهجير التي ارتُكبت في فترة سقوط الدولة العثمانية بحق المسلمين (وبشكل خاص الأتراك العثمانيون). ووصفت هذه العمليات في بعض المصادر بالتطهير العرقي. ويقول المؤرخ الأمريكي جستن مكارثي أن معظم من تأثروا بهذه الأحداث هم من الأتراك، ويُرجح مكارثي أيضاً أنه تم خلال الفترة ما بين (1821م - 1922م) تهجير ما يقرب من خمسة ملايين ونصف المليون مسلم من قارة أوروبا، وأنه تم قتل أكثر من خمسة ملايين خلال هذه الفترة أو أن هؤلاء المسلمين لقوا حتفهم خلال هروبهم من المجازر بسبب الجوع أو بسبب الأمراض التي كانت متفشية. كان سبب حصول هذه الاضطهادات والتطهير العرقي بحق المسلمين العثمانيين هو حصول الصرب واليونانين على الاستقلال خلال فترة الثلاثينيات من القرن التاسع عشر، وقيام الحرب الروسية العثمانية 1878م - 1877م أو كما تسمى "حرب 93"، وحروب البلقان (1912م - 1913م)، والحرب العالمية الأولى وما بعدها من عصيان العصابات الأرمنية وحرب الاستقلال التركية واحتلال اليونان للأناضول. وذُكر في تقرير لمؤسسة كارنيغي للسلام العالمي وقد أعده مايكل مان في عام 1914م، أن أوروبا لم تعرف أعمال تطهير عرقية إجرامية بهذا الحجم من قبل. كان يقدر في بدايات القرن العشرين عدد السكان المسلمين الذين كانوا يعيشون في البلقان (التي كانت تحت السيطرة العثمانية) بعدد 4.4 مليون مسلم. وتقول ماريا تودروفا أن أكثر من مليون مسلم في العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة من القرن التاسع عشر أجبروا على ترك بلاد البلقان. وقتل أو أجبر ما يقرب من 2.9 مليون مسلم من مسلمي قارة أوروبا ما بين (1912 م - 1926م) على ترك بلدانهم والذهاب إلى الأراضي التركية. وتقول بعض المصادر بأن هناك 2.5 مليون مسلم تم قتلهم في الأناضول خلال فترة الحرب العالمية الأولى وحرب الاستقلال التركية.
هناك مجازر ايضاُ أرتكبها الأرمن القوقاز مع نهاية القرن 19 وبداية القرن 20.يوجد معلومات مختلفة عن الخسائر التي حدثت في تلك الفترة.في حين اوضح جاستن مكارثى أن 260 ألف شخص فقدوا اثناء الحرب الروسية العثمانية أفاد كمال كاربات بمقتل 300 ألف شخص. مع بداية القرن 20 وفترة الحرب العالمية الاولى استمرت حركات الارمن في المجازر التركية على المسلمين في المنطقة. وهُجمت القرى. وفقا لاونور هودافنديجار أن أكثر من 2.5 مليون مسلم قتلوا خلال تلك الفترة.
