كتاب "حرب العقول" أو حرب الجواسيس، أو أجهزة الإستخبارات... الذي وضعه القيادي القاعدي - المعلوم المجهول - عبد الله بن محمد عام 1432هـ / 2011م، قبل إعتقال وقتل أسامة بن لادن بتوجيه وأمر من باراك أوباما رئيس الولايات المتحدة الأميركية (روما هذا العصر)، يتحدث فيه مؤلفه بإسهاب تحت ستة عناوين، أو فصول هي: "مشروعية التجسّس"، "مسائل في التجسّس"، "خصائص شخصية العميل السرّي؟"، "37 فائدة في الإستخبارات"، "العمل الإستخباري المرحلي"، "المشروع الختامي".
وفي نهاية الفصل الأخير يختم بهذه الجملة: "والحقيقة أن من يقرأ هذه السطور سيظنّ في البداية أنها ورقة عمل أولى لتوجيه العمل الإستخباري للجماعات الجهادية، ثم سيظن أنها خطوات إستخبارية عملية لتحرير فلسطين وإرجاع الأقصى للمسلمين... ولكن سيكتشف في النهاية أنها قد تكون خطوة أولى في الطريق إلى روما".
أما كيف سيكون ذلك، وما هو المثل الصالح الذي يدعو إلى إقتفاء أثره حَذْوَ النعل للنعل، فهو "القدم الهمجية" لروّاد الحركة الصهيونية في الجريمة المستدامة منذ مطالع القرن الماضي بإغتصاب الأرض العربية الفلسطينية لزرع الكيان الصهيوني المصطنع، وإستمرار سقيه بدماء الفلسطينيين والعرب.
ولئلا يحيد أحد عن النهج الصهيوني هذا، فقد كانت خاتمة الكتاب منصيّة على التقيد بذلك، وإعطاء صفة "دعوة إلى العمل".
