ونحن نضع بين يدي القارىء عمل علمى يوثق ويحقق خطب وكلمات جمال عبد الناصر وأحاديثه الصحفية، بالإضافة إلى المناقشات التي أجرامها مع فئات مختلفة من الشعب،ولقد قسم هذا العمل الضخم إلى أثنى عشر مجلداً وفقاً للتسلسل التاريخي من الاحداث إلى الاقدم من 1970 إلى1952 مع الالتزام بفهرس للأعلم وآخر موضوعي، تيسيراً للقراء والباحثين. وهذا المجلد يتناول الفترة من نوفمبر 1952 إلى ديسمبر 1959.
على الرغم من تعدد الدراسات التي حاولت أن تقدم نظرة موضوعية إلى عبد الناصر وتجربته، فإن ما يحويه هذا الكتاب هو إسهام في طرح تجربة عبد الناصر بلسانه هو على الأجيال العربية الجديدة التي تجهل حقيقة هذه التجربة. وسيتعرف عليها هذا الجيل من خلال خطاباته حيث يضم هذا الكتاب المجموعة الكاملة لخطبه وأحاديثه وتصريحاته، التي لم تعد متاحة للباحث المتخصص، ناهيك عن القارئ العادي. إن هذه الوثائق سوف تمكن قارئها أولاً من تكوين فكرة موضوعية شاملة عن مسار تجربة عبد الناصر: تطورها وإنجازاتها وثمراتها، فضلاً عن أنها سوف تقدم له ثانياً كمّاً هائلاً من الحقائق التي تبين بمنتهى اليسر مدى الضلال الذي ذهبت إليه الحملات التي حاولت أن تهدم التجربة لا أن تنقذها.
