وقد عمدت فى تلك الموسوعة تقديم كل حق من حقوق الملكية الفكرية مقدمًا معه الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تحكمه وكذلك قوانين الدول العربية في هذا الشأن وذلك حتى يسهل على الباحث والمشتغل في الدفاع عن حقوق الملكية الفكرية أن يجد الأداة والوسيلة التي تمكنه من الدفاع عن أي حق من حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
