مع انتهاء الحرب الباردة، انتهجت "إسرائيل" سياسة مختلفة لفتح علاقات مع دول كانت معادية لها. فبحثت في حاجات تلك الدول وعملت على تطوير خطاب يلامس اهتماماتها، ونجحت فيما سعت إليه، كما هو الحال في الهند، التي كانت عدواً لدوداً لـ"إسرائيل" في سياستها الخارجية لتصبح صديقاً مقرباً لها في وقتنا الحالي.
بحثت هذه الدراسة في الخطاب الإسرائيلي الذي مهّد وأسس للعلاقة الإسرائيلية الهندية، وعمل على اختراق النخب الحاكمة وصانعة الرأي.
بدأت الدراسة بتعداد مضامين الخطاب الموالي لـ"إسرائيل" في الهند وحججه، وحللت هذه المضامين وفككتها، وحاولت نقض الخطاب على أسس مادية وأخلاقية وقانونية. ثم تناولت الدراسة الجانب القانوني للعلاقة مع "إسرائيل" وقضية التزام الدول بواجباتها تجاه الاتفاقيات الدولية. وختمت الدراسة بتوصيات لكل من الكتّاب والأكاديميين المناصرين والقيادة الفلسطينية، والدول العربية، والدول الأخرى الموقعة على نظام روما الأساسي، والمنظمات الدولية إضافة إلى الكيانات الخاصة.
