فالإنسان هو أحد عناصر الطاقة الإنتاجية في الحياة بل أعظم مورد إنتاجي فيها، فإذا تحلى هذا الإنسان من خلال تربيته ورعايته بالقيم والسلوكيات الأخلاقية والتي نوهت إلى بعضها خلال عرضي لهذا الموضوع واندمجت كلها مع اكتسبه من تعليم وتأهيل وتدريب وإيمانه بقدراته وإمكانياته وبتفاعلها مع حبه لمجتمعه ووطنه ورغبته في الانجاز والتميز وصولاً لأبهى صورها وهو الإبداع، وقد حاولت المؤلفة في هذا الكتاب أن تلقي الضوء على أهمية القيم في شبابنا وترسيخه في نشئنا الذي هو جيل المستقبل معنى القيم والأخلاق في محاولة للنهوض بالمجتمع المصري وتنميته.
