هذه حلقة من حلقات العناية بالمرأة المسلمة، ينتظم الحديث فيها عن "الكبائر والمناهي" الواردة في حقها، والتي أمرت باجتنابها، سواء تلك التي صنفت ضمن الكبائر، أو تلك الصغائر التي أمرت باجتنابها أمر إرشاد وتوجيه، لا أمر حتم وإلزام. وقد عني في هذا الكتاب بتلك "الكبائر والمناهي" التي تنفرد بها المرأة عن الرجل، مع ذكر طرف مما شاع بين جماعة النساء، وإن شاركن الرجال في الأمر باجتنابه.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى الاهتمام بما لا يجوز للمرأة، أو يكره لها فعله، دون ما لا يجوز فعله بها، كالنهي عن قتل النساء في الحرب إلا المحاربات، ونحو ذلك مما لهن على الرجال من عدم الجناية عليهن، والوصية بهن على ما هو مبين في مواضعه.
هذا ولم يلتزم المؤلف في ذلك بما ورد منصوصاً عليه -صراحة- في الكتاب والسنة، فربما ذكر شيئاً مما نهيت عنه، قياساً على غيره، وإن لم يأت النهي عنه بالنص الصريح. وهذا مما تميز به هذا الكتاب، ذلك أن من الأحكام ما لم يرد به نص صريح، إنما يعتمد على الاجتهاد والقياس، وهذا أصل من أصول الأحكام، التي لا ينبغي إغفالها، ولا إهدارها.
