من أعمق مخبأ من مخابئ صدره خرج النداء، خرج من يقين لا يتفتت ولا يتناقص، خرج متصاعدًا متناغمًا مع تضاؤل نفسه، متضخمًا بتوازي كامل مع اضمحلال شخصه.
تحركت شفتاه مع كل ذرة من ذرات يقينه وتصميمه، تحركت طالبة الغوث مع انعدام الحيلة، مع يقين الضعف والتلاشي، صار الله هو كل شيء، وصار واصل صفرًا في نظر نفسه، فنطق بهدوء يشبه الصراخ المدوي وبتوازن يشبه البكاء وبرقي يشبه النحيب:
يا الله.. يا الله..
نطقها دون حتى أن يطلب أي شيء، لم يكن الطلب أو الدعاء هو المهم الآن، لكن اليقين هو ما جعل الشفاه تتحرك بتوق القلب وشفاء الروح وملجأ النفس.
كان يريد أن يطفئ لهيب خوفه بسلام من الله، في لحظة انعدام شخصه مع تكامل وجود الله في روحه، ويا لها من لحظة.
خرج النداء من شفتيه ونظر إلى السماء تاركًا حذره تجاه المخلوق الذي أمامه، نظر في سواد مضيء، مضيء لا بالنجوم ولا بالقمر، لكنه سواد أصابه النور من عمقه، لربما كان متوهمًا في تلك اللحظات لكنه كان يستطيع لمس نور لا يمكن تجاهله في عمق العتمة.
أغمض عينيه وخرجت الكلمة مرة أخرى.. ربما قالها مرة وربما كررها مرات لا تحصى، لن يعرف إلا الله كم مرة خرج النداء المعافى من صدر واصل في هذه الليلة.
هبطت السكينة كغلالة باردة فوق نبضات قلبه المرتجفة فلمست الارتجاف وحولته إلى سكون.
ربما هبطت السكينة من السماء، وربما هو الذي قد زحف باتجاه السكينة السماوية، لم يكن هناك فرق في تلك الآونة، فالمهم أخيرًا أن السكينة المنشودة قد عرفت طريقها إلى صدره المتشنج.
تنفس بهدوء كامل، عب من ذلك العبق المنتشر ليغرسه في رئتيه، تشرب البرودة الهوائية والرطوبة التي تضافرت فيها السكينة والعتمة المضيئة، ثم فتح عينيه.
