ضمن سلسلة المكتبة الأسيرة صدر للأسير محمد ناجي صبحة كتاباً ثالثاً بعنوان حرب العصابات بين النظرية العلمية والتطبيق الفلسطيني. حيث يتحدث الكتاب عن مدارس حرب العصابات الصينية والكوبية والفيتنامية، وقواعد حرب العصابات وأشكال العمل الفلسطيني ونماذج المقاومة.
وقد قدم للكتاب الدكتور أحمد نوفل أستاذ الشريعة الإسلامية في الجامعة الأردنية حيث قال:
"اطلعت على كتاب حرب العصابات بين النظرية العلمية والتطبيق الفلسطيني، وكاتبه ممن خاض الغمرات، ولبث في السجن سنوات، وسجّل من التجارب والمشاهدات والمعايشات هذه الصفحات، ونحن نرحب بالكتاب لينضم إلى مئات الكتب عن حرب العصابات، وإلى عشرات الكتب من المكتبة العربية والإسلامية في حرب العصابات".
يذكر أن الأسير صبحة من قرية عنبتا قضاءطولكرم ووالده هو المرحوم الأستاذ ناجي صبحة أحد أبرز مؤسسي جماعة الإخوان المسلمينفي فلسطين، كما يذكر أن صبحة كان رئيساً لمجلس الطلبة وأميراً للكتلة الإسلامية فيجامعة النجاح الوطنية فترة دراسته، وقد اعتقلته قوات الاحتلال الصهيوني عدة مراتكان آخرها في العام 2001 على خلفية مقاومته الاحتلال ونشاطه في كتائب الشهيدعزالدين القسام، حيث أصدرت ضده محكمة صهيونية حكما بالسجن لخمسة عشر عاماً.
