أستهدفت هذه الدراسة استكشاف أثر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة علي تنمية قدرات التفكير الابتكاري في مجموعة من منظمات الخدمية والصناعية، وقد اعتمدت لتحقيق هذا الهدف علي مجموعة من الفروض التي تم اختبارها احصائيا، وكشفت النتائج علي ارتفاع مستوي توافر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة ومستوي قدرات التفكير الابتكاري في مجموعة المنظمات الخدمية بالمقارنة بمجموعة المنظمات الصناعية، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود تأثير معنوي لجميع خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة علي قدرات التفكير الابتكاري في مجموعتي الدراسة، وكان التأثير الأكبر في مجموعة المنظمات الخدمية.
