وتعتبر ماكبث جزءاّ من سلسلة روايات "Manga Shakespere" المصورة، والتي تقوم بعرض مسرحيات "William Shakespeare " الأصلية يشكل جديد وعصري. وقد تم استخدام النص الأصلي لشكسبير مع الرسومات المستوحاة من الفن الياباني – وقام بالتقديم "Richard Appigananesi " ، ورسم اللوحات لفناني "Manga" الرواد – مما ساعد على إحياء كلمات "Bard" للدراسين، وإمتاع محبي شكسبير و "Manga".
