عبد الإله الحمدوشي سيناريست و كاتب مغربي من مواليد مدينة مكناس سنة 1958. متخصص بالروايات البوليسية، كتب عدة أفلام من بينها فيلم بيت الريح. كان أستاذا سابقا للغة العربية، وهو عضو اتحاد الكتاب منذ سنة 1994، وعضو جمعية المؤلفين SACD، وعضو SNPT. سبق وأن أشرف على عدة ورشات لكتابة السيناريو في عدة مدن مغربية، كما أصدر عشر روايات وله عدة أعمال تلفزيونية وسينمائية ومسرحية. يعتبر صاحب أول رواية بوليسية عربية تترجم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية (الرهان الأخير) THE FINAL BET، وقد صدرت عن :The American university in Cairo/NewYork. وأعيد نشرها في إنجلتر بدار النشر HausPublishing / London /2008. وتعد من أوائل الروايات العربية المترجمة إلى الإنجليزية التي تنشر على شكل كتاب رقمي.

في مدينة مكناس المغربية ، صدر مرسوم سنة 1777 يعترف باستقلال أمريكا بعد حرب الست سنوات ضد بريطانيا . في ذلك الوقت كانت أمريكا تتكون من 13 ولاية فقط، وقد صادق الكونغرس الأمريكي على هذه المعاهدة يوم 18 يوليوز 1787 .بعد ذلك بعث جورج واشنطن رسالة شكر الى محمد الثالث يشكره على هذا الاعتراف .الرسالة تحمل توقيع كل من جون آدامز وتوماس جيفرسون وهما معا انتخبا رئيسان لأمريكا بعد جورج واشنطن ..وبذلك فهذه الوثيقة هي الوحيدة التي تحمل توقيع ثلاثة رؤساء أمريكيين ،وهي تعد أقدم اتفاقية في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية .. وهي تعد ثاني كنز وطني لديهم بعد وثيقة استقلالهم. ترى أين هي هذه الوثيقة التي لا تقدر بثمن ..الطريق اليها شاقة ومملوءة بالعجائب والغرائب .
