فى مكتبة الاسكوريال بمدرية مخطوطة ثمين كتب بخطط مغربي فى مدينة إشبيليه فى أواسط ذى الحجة عام 667هـ، والناسخ إما يهودي أو مسيحى وهو يحوى:
1- تعليف لأبي بكر محمد بن يحي بن الصائغ على كتاب أبي نصر محمد ابن محمد الفارابي فى المدخل والفصول من ايساغوجى.
2- فى كتاب بارى ارمينياس
3- من كتاب العبارة
4-كتاب أبي نصر فى القياس
5-ارتياض فى التحليل
6- كلام على أول كتاب البرهان لأبي بكر
7- قول أبي بكر محمد بن يحي في البرهان
ويرحظ أنه فى نهاية التعليق الذى يحمل العنوان: من كتاب العبارة، ص 58، ورد ما يدل على أن هذا التعليق ليس من كلام ابن باجه نفسه، وإنما هو مما أخذ معناه عنه، وإن لم يكن بلفظه.
ولم ترد مثل هذه العبارة فى نهاية التعليق المعنون: فى كتاب بارى ارمينياس.
