كتاب تحصيل السعادة تأليف الفارابى واحد من أهم كتابات الفارابى و أعماله رغم تشكيك البعض فى عنوان الكتاب نظرا لأنه لم يأتى فى فهرس أعمال الفارابى الوارد فى فهرست ابن النديم، مجلد كبير يقسمه كاتبه إلى ستَة أبواب: في الباب الأوَل عنى الفارابي بدراسة الفضائل النظرية. وفى الباب الثانى تناول توضيح الفضائل الخلقية.أما الباب الثالث فقد قام الفارابى خلاله بمعالجةمسألة الفضائل الفكرية. وقارن الفارابي في الباب الرابع بين الفضائل المختلفة. وإنتقل في الباب الخامس إلى دراسة موضوع التعليم والتأديب. أما الباب السادس فقد خصصه الفارابى للحديث عن الفلسفة.
