نظراً لكثرة سؤال القائمين على حماية أموال عديمي الأهلية وناقصيها عن أحكام وإجراءات الولاية على المال وخاصة الجانب التطبيقي منها وهو ما يجري عليه العمل بنيابات ومحاكم الولاية على المال وعدم وجود موسوعة قانونية تقنن كل مواد مسائل وقضايا وأحكام وإجراءات الولاية على المال، وتسهيلاً أيضاً على الأرامل والأيتام ومن في حكمهم لإتخاذ إجراءات الولاية على المال بدلاً من تركهم الأن داخل حلقة مفرغة دون جدوى وهم أحواج الناس للتيسير والرحمة والعدل.
كانت هذه الموسوعة لنشمل كل مسائل الولاية على المال نظرياً وتطبيقاً محاولة مني لتخفيف ورفع المعاناة عن هؤلاء الضعفاء وذلك بتيسير الرجوع إلى كل ما يحتاجونه في الولاية على المال من خلال هذه الموسوعة فهي تطبيقية أكثر منها نظرية، وقد جعلتها في ثلاثة مجلدات
تناول الأول: الولاية على المال بمحاكم الأسرة (الولاية - الوصاية - الحجر - المساعدة القضائية - الغيبة)، والثاني: الولاية على النفس بمحاكم الأسرة، والثالث: الزواج العرفي والمتعة والمسيار في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون.
وإن شاء الله سيجد فيها الأخوة السادة المحامين والقائمين على الولاية على المال ما يرضيهم ويحقق رغبتهم في هذا الشأن وتيسيراً على الأرامل والأيتام ومن في حكمهم حرصت بقدر إستطاعتي على أن يكون الأسلوب ميسر وشامل جميع مسائل والقضايا المعاصرة في هذا الشأن.
