حامد عبد الصمد (1 فبراير 1972 -) هو روائي مصري ألماني، مقيم في ألمانيا.
ولد في الجيزة بجمهورية مصر العربية.
درس الألمانية والفرنسية بجامعة عين شمس بالقاهرة ثم العلوم السياسية بجامعة أوجسبرج في ألمانيا ثم عمل بمنظمة اليونيسكو كخبير تربوى كما عمل مدرساً للدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة إيرفورت الألمانية، ثم مدرساً للتاريخ الإسلامي بجامعة ميونخ بألمانيا.
أعماله البارزة فى الكتابه : (وداعا أيتها السماء، سقوط العالم الإسلامي, الفاشية الإسلامية).

كانت آثار رياح الخماسين لا تزال واضحة عند الأفق وتحجب قرص الشمس خلفها. غطت العاصفة قريتنا لليوم الثاني على التوالي بالرمال. كل شيء بدا مهزومًا.. فانيًا.. مقبورًا.. كان جوًا أسطوريًا يتوافق مع مشاعري ويليق بيوم الوداع. ولكن لا شيء ولا أحد كان يشعر بالخوف الغاضب الذي تملكني وأنا أبدأ أول خطوات طريقي إلى المجهول.
سارت السيارة ببطء وراحت تبعدني تدريجيًا عن مسقط رأسي ومقبرة أحزاني. مررت على حقل الموز الذي كنت أزوره أيام مراهقتي. وأتخطى فيه حدود المسموح. مررت على النيل الذي بدا هادئًا.. رغم شدة الرياح. نظرت إلى النهر الصامت وقرأت على صفحته قصته التي هي قصتي: قصة ملك لا يملك ومعبود لا يعبد.. قصة أسد مخصى محبوس خلف سد عالي، فصار بلا طمي ولا فيضان. وبعد قليل استقبلتنا القاهرة بضبابها وسحابتها السوداء. ولكن الزحام القاهرى لم يكن بالحدة المعهودة، وكأن عاصمة بلادي كانت تريد أن تطردني بأسرع ما يمكن.
خلي بالك يا بن عمي ما تجبليناش العار! أنا سمعت إن البنات في ألمانيا فجر وبيمشوا عريانين في الشوارع قال لي محمود ابن عمي محذرًا قبل أن أدخل لصالة السفر بالمطار، ولا أقولك: هات لابن عمك وظوووظة معاك وانت راجع بنت ألمانية شقرا وكده.. بتاعة بلادها: "قال محمود مبتسمًا".
