بين يدينا كتاب مميّز في الموضوع والمضمون يعالج العنصر الاخلاقي في العقد بأسلوب سهل وبسيط وانما بعمق وتفصيل كبيرين. يقسم الكتاب إلى قسمين أساسيين، يعالج الأول العنصر الأخلاقي في تكوين العقد سواء لناحية الرضى او لناحية الأهليّة والسبب والموضوع فتتدرج المؤلفة في معالجتها للموضوعات بين وجود الرضى وعيوبه ونطاق الاهليّة (الوجوب والاداء)، وكذلك نطاق السبب، وعدم مخالفة الموضوع للاداب العامة. أما القسم الثاني فمحوره العنصر الأخلاقي في تنفيذ العقد، وذلك ضمن عنوانين كبيرين: الموقف الاخلاقي في تحديد مضمون العقد، وكذلك في تعديل العقد. فيتطرق هذا القسم إلى تأثير اخلاقيّة المبادئ العامة على فهم العقد وتفسيره (شروط تدخل القاضي للتفسير، اطار رقابة محكمة التمييز...). أما في موضوع أخلاقيّة المبادئ العامة في تنفيذ العقد فتفصل المؤلفة الحديث حول شروط الالزام ونسبية المفاعيل بالاضافة إلى الموقف الاخلاقي في تعديل العقد وكذلك الظروف الطارئة، والمخاطر، وسلطة القاضي لجهة المهل وتعليق التنفيذ، وتعديل البند الجزائي والغرامات.
قدّم للكتاب رئيس محكمة الإستئناف في البقاع القاضي علي إبراهيم: عالجت الكاتبة مسألة عنصر الاخلاق في العقد بطريقة سلسة سهلة متدرّجة في البحث من مرحلة انشاء العقد إلى مرحلة تنفيذه ودققت بشكل سليم القواعد التي ترعى المرحلة السابقة للعاقد ثم عرضت إلى مرحلة انشاء العقد من توجب توافر شروط العقد، خاصة عنصر الرضى، ثم أوضحت كيفيّة خلو الرضى من أيّ عيب... ويعتبر هذا المؤلّف من الكتب القانونيّة القليلة التي وضعت باللغة العربيّة والتي تناولت عنصر الأخلاق في العقد. كما يعتبر هو من المراجع القانونيّة المهمة في مجال النظريّة العامة للعقد.
