قرأت ما يعني بأنه كلما إزددت قرباً من عالم الحيوان إزددت بعاداً لبني البشر، كلمات ظننت أنها ليست من الحقيقة في شئ، وقطعاً ليس كل الظن إثم، كلمات تحديات فكانت لها الغلبة، خسرت التحدي ولكنها خسارة ترقى إلى مصاف النصر، حيث كسبت الكثير، وآمنت بأن هذه الكلمات إنما حملت دامغة تمشي على قدمين. الحيوان، ذلك المتهم البرئ الذي لم ولن تثبت إدانته، اتهمناه بالوضاعة والحقارة والدونية دون سبب قوى أو أدلة دامغة، اتهمناه زوراً وبهتاناً وتجنياً، اتهمناه وهو أمم كثيرة كما أخبرنا ربنا رب الأمم، أمم سوف تحشر مثلما سوف نحشر يوم الحشر، أمم تسعى وتكد وتكدح وتتناسل لتعيش وتسعد في دنياها، تتحايل وتصبر وتقتصد أفضل مما نقتصد، وتتصدى لأعدائها، ولا يأكل الحيوان لحم أخيه مثلما نفعل نحن حيث الواحد منا يأكل لحم أخيه خياً وميتاً، ويشرب دمه وربما هنيئاً مريئاً، الحيوان أمم منها ما نفضله، ومنها ما يكون بنو البشر أحقر منها وأضل سبيلاً، نظمه وهو الذي علمنا كيف نداري سوأة أخوتنا، وهو الذي ضلل مشركي قريش عند الغار يوم هجرة سيد المرسلين، وهو الذي كان سفينة النجاة لسيدنا يونس، وهو الذي ساهم في كشف الفاعل في جريمة قتل أرغى وأزبد فيها اليهود وجادلواحتى كانت البقرة، وهو الذي كان من أسباب هداية وإيمان بلفيس وقومها، وهو الذي اتهمناه بأنه أكل سيدنا يوسف، وحين ثبتت براءته لم يقل لم فعلتم ما فعلتم؟! عظيم هو فضل الحيوان علينا إذ علمنا الكثير بإذن الله.
