تنطلق هذه الدراسة من حقيقةٍ تؤمن أنّ كلام السياسة والإدارة ككلام الحب، يؤسس بلاغته الخاصة فتنطلق طاقته التعبيرية المناسبة، لتنفتح على منظومة من المعاني والإمكانات التي تضيء فيوضاتها المخيلة في مغادرة جغرافية - في النص الإبداعي - الحالة السياسية والإحساس بفعلها الظرفي المادي وخصائصها المضمونية.
وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتحاول سبر أغوار النثر الأندلسي، والرسائل منه والكشف عنها، كما واجهت الدراسة مشكلات عدة كان أهمها، إحتمال الوقوع في الخلط بين المناهج التي تدرس النثر، والخلط بين الدراسة البلاغية والأسلوبية والسردية والتحليلية، ومشكلة توحيد المصطلحات (قديمة أم حديثة).
وتقوم منهجية هذا البحث على الإستقراء والتحليل، الإستقراء أولاً لفرز التوظيفات البلاغية ومقدار إنتشارها ومدى إرتباطها بسياق معين، وملاحظة ضروب كل أداء بلاغي وأشكاله على الفصول الثلاثة، من حيث هيئات ظهورها وأشكالها، مع الإعتماد على الإحصاء في بعض الأحيان، وعلى ضوء ما موجود في الرسالة نفسها، ثم بعد ذلك، تحليل أشكال الورود والتكوّن، لنستطيع تبيان القيمة البلاغية المتوافرة في الأسلوب الأدائي والبلاغي المستخدم، بوصف البلاغة تعني وصول المعنى إلى نفس متلقيها والتأثير فيه، كيما تحقق للمؤلف مُبتغاه.
