Book Description
يعتبر إبن البيطار ( 1197م - 1248م ) المالقي الأندلسي خبيراً في علم النبات والصيدلة . وأعظم عالم نباتي ظهر في القرون الوسطى ، كتب موسوعة عن إعداد وتركيب الدواء والغذاء . ذكر إبن البيطار 1400 نوع من النباتات ، في الأندلس والمغرب وبلاد الشام ، يمكن استخدامها لأهداف طبية ، وذكر ايضاً إسم 300 نوع من النبات التي لم يتعرف إليها طبيب قبله ، كما ذكر طريقة تركيب الدواء لبعض الأمراض ، والجرعة المطلوب تناولها للعلاج .
ويعد كتاب ( الجامع لمفردات الأدوية والأغذية ) أهم مؤلفات إبن البيطار ، وأشمل مؤلفات العرب في المادة الطبية ، ذكر فيه أسماء الأدوية والأغذية من نبات وحيوان وجماد ، حسب ترتيب حروفها الهجائية . وجاء فيه " كتاب في الأدوية المفردة تذكر فيه ماهياتها وقواها ومنافعها ومضارها وإصلاح ضررها ، والمقدار المستعمل من جرمها أو عصارتها ، أو طبيخها والبدل منها عند عدمها ( ... ) ووضع هذا الكتاب مشتملاً ما رسم به وعرف بسببه ، وأودع فيه مع ذلك أغراضاً يتميز بها عما سواه ، ويفضل على غيره بما اشتمل عليه وحواه " . وعليه ، يشكل هذا الكتاب قراءة علمية للدهان في كتاب الجامع لمفردات الأدوية والأغذية لإبن البيطار ، حيث يتم تعريف كل دهن ومصدره وطريقة استعماله وفوائده وبلغت في الكتاب ( 71 ) دهن نباتي ومنها : دهن الأذخر ، دهن الأقحوان ، دهن الآس ، دهن المرزنجوش ، دهن الباذروح ، دهن القيصوم ، دهن الشبث ، دهن الزنبق ، دهن الغار ، دهن الخروع ، دهن الجوز ، دهن قثاء الحمار ، دهن الدفلي ... وغيرها .
تم تخريج وتبويب هذا الكتاب في إطار علمي عبر السماء العلمية والإنجليزية والعائلة النباتية وفوائد النبات على ضوء البحوث والدراسات الحديثة ، وبهذا الإشتغال يشكل الكتاب إضافة جديدة للمكتبة العلمية وخارطة طريق لكل طبيب وعشاب وصيدلي ومهندس زراعي ومزارع وعالم أغذية وطالب علم .
