ومن ثم توفير معلومات تسهم في التوعية بأهمية التراث المادي والإستفادة منها في التدابير المستقبلية للحفاظ على التراث والبيئة.
بإختصار يمثل هذا العمل قاعدة بيانات تتضمن المعلومات التاريخية والبيئية والفنية لأنواع الحيوانات التي عاشت في جنوب غرب الجزيرة العربية قبل الإسلام.

This book presents an archaeological study of zoomorphic representations on the antiques and art objects, which belong to Pre – Islamic Civilizations of south west of Arabian Peninsula (Yemen). The study highlighted on important part of our tangible heritage and to help us to understand several aspects of Man and his life, as well as to identify fauna types of that era.
