أما حين الانتهاء مما يخص الزنجبيل يبدأ المؤلف في تناول القرفة بالمثل ليقص علينا تاريخها الطويل وقدرتها على التطهير والقضاء على الجرائيم وفوائدها للنساء ومقاومة السرطان والتحكم في مرض السكر وغيرها من المميزات والمزايا التي جاءت معززة بنصائح من الطب العربي والصيني والباكستاني والعديد من الدراسات الأمريكية والإسترالية والدانماركية وغيرها من الجنسيات ليمثل الكتاب جولة طبية علمية حول العالم فيما يخص الزنجبيل والقرفة.
