كتاب (الوكالة في اجتهاد محكمة التمييز المدنية) أعده الأستاذ المحامي "محمد يوسف ياسين" وضع فيه مجموعة خلاصة أحكام محكمة التمييز المدنية في لبنان. تستعرض فيه قرارات صادرة عنها لأعوام مختلفة منذ عام 1983- وحتى العام 2009م.
وبالرجوع إلى الأحكام التي تتضمن الوكالة في العقد المدني، نجد أن من حق الموكل أن يعزل عن الوكالة، أي طلب الرجوع عنها وإبطالها. وهي تبقى صحيحة طالما لم يثبت تبليغ الاعتزال من الجهة المميزة عملاً بأحكام المادة 386 أ.م. م. وهذا الكتاب يتضمن قرارات صدرت بحق أفراد وشركات، وبنوك، ومن هم ذوي مسؤولية في الشأن العام اللبناني نجدها مفصلة بالأسماء والتواريخ في متن الكتاب.
