ولهذا فإنه عندما تقرر الشركة اللجوء إلى الإعلان لأي هدف كان فإنها تحتاج إلى نظام system لتحقيق الأهداف الإتصالية المتضمنة في البرنامج الإعلاني والتي منها على سبيل المثال تحفيز الطلب على السلعة وزيادة إستعمالاتها وإستخداماتها وزيادة وعي وإدراك المستهلك بها، وهذا بالطبع لا يتحقق إلا بوجود إدارة ناجحة تعمل على تحقيق تلك الأهداف.
وبما أن الإعلانات تعمل على زيادة أرباح الشركة وإمدادها بالمزيد من العملاء والمستهلكين، فإن هذا أدى إلى خلق منافسة إعلانية قوية، وقد غيرت تلك المنافسة الإعلانية لكثير من أنماط الحياة ومهدت لأنماط جديدة من العلاقات والتعاون بين المؤسسات من جهة وعملت من ناحية أخرى على إتساع نطاق الصراع والتنافس من جهة أخرى، بل تعدى الأمر لمؤسسات ليصل إلى الصراع والتوتر.
