هو كتاب"ريحانة الكتاب ونجعة المنتاب" لذى الوزارتين لسانالدين ابن الخطيب المولود بمدينة لوشة بالأندلس في رجب سنة 713هـ ( نوفمبر سنة 1313م) والمتوفي قتيلا بمدينة فاس في خريف سنة 776هـ (1374م)وهو يعتبر بعد كتاب "الاحاطة" أهم كتب ابن الخطيب التاريخية والأدبية وفيه يشرح لنا ابن الخطيب في ديباجته سبب تسميته ويجمل أقسامه في قوله: " وسميته لتنويع بساتينه المشوقة وتعدد أفانيه المعشوقة، "ريحانة الكتاب ونجعة المنتاب" وقسمته إلى حمدلة ديوان وتهنئة بأخوان وتعزية في حرب للدهر عوان وأغراض ألوان ، وفتوح يجليها السلوان، ومخاطبات إخوان ومقامات أنقى من شعب بوان، وغير ذلك من أغراض ألوان.
