إن في شعر هؤلاء صدق في التعبير وفي صيغه المشحونة بلهيب الوجدان، نسمع نداء المظلومين والمقهورين من أبناء الحياة. هذا الكتاب موسوعة مختصرة موجهة إلى جميع الباحثين والطلاب ومتذوقي الشعر هدفها إلقاء الضوء على هذه النخبة من الشعراء-من أبناء الجبل الذين كانوا وما زالوا السباقين إلى أرض البطولة والتضحية والكرامة على مختلف الصعد وشتى الميادين-الذين عنوا بالأصالة، والوطنية، ودوّنوا هموم شعبهم، بصورٍ وأخيلة رفيعة في المبنى، قوية في السبك وغنية بالمعنى.
