يوسف الصديق عليه السلام وتخزين القمح.
تعد قصة نبي الله يوسف عليه السلام أنموذجا للأخذ بسنة الله في الأسباب والمسببات… لقد سلك نبي الله يوسف عليه السلام أسباب الحفاظ على الإنتاج في ظروف بيئية قاسية، حيث اعتمدت خطته على التشغيل الكامل للأمة والبرمجة الكاملة، ثم التشغيل الكامل لطاقة كل فرد في الأمة، وهذا الذي أراده يوسف عليه السلام وعبر عنه بقوله:
"تزرعون"، إن الذي يخطط له يوسف عليه السلام هو الأخذ بأسباب مضاعفة الإنتاج وتقليل الاستهلاك، لأن الأزمات والظروف الاستثنائية تحتاج إلى سلوك استثنائي، ولأن سلوك الناس في الأزمات غير سلوكهم في الظروف العادية – استرخاء وبطالة – فإن هذه الأمة تكون في حالة خلل خطير يحتاج إلى علاج ومعالج خبير.إن النبي يوسف عليه السلام قسّم خطته لتلافي المجاعة التي ستهدد الناس جميعاً بالهلاك، إلى ثلاث مراحل:
الأولى: "تزرعون سبع سنين دأبا" الثانية: ثم يأتي من بعد ذلك سبع شداد" الثالثة: ثم يأتي من بعد ذلك عام فيه يغاث الناس".
